Diane Mintz
Before 1983 when Diane began her work in real estate, she learned good listening skills, patience and the ability to be an effective advocate from her former life as a teacher and counselor. Since then, she has guided hundreds of clients - buyers and sellers through what could be a time of stress and turned it into a pleasant experience using her thorough knowledge of the market, tenacious negotiating skills, industry connections and networking, humor, and natural concern for your needs. She is extremely generous with her time, knowing that you are juggling work schedules with home search. When not serving your needs, Diane mentors and tutors ten students at Coronado School in Richmond. And, when there is the rare gap in her schedule, she rides her bicycle up to Tilden Park, or Mt. Tam. At the end of the year when real estate activity gives way to the holidays, she often rides her bike in far-away places. I have met some of the most interesting people of my life finding homes for people and selling the homes of others. The Bay Area attracts people with fascinating lives and passions. Among my clients are those who are today some of my closest friends.
