Carole Berger
Growing up in a small apartment in Brooklyn wasn't all bad, but it does give Carole Berger a special appreciation for a town like Berkeley and the advantages of home ownership. To help other people attain these elements of the good life is what motivates her as a realtor.

Carole first came to Berkeley as a graduate student during the exciting sixties, and earned a Ph.D from Cal. With a background as a college teacher and journalist, she offers her clients exceptional communications skills, as well as 14 years of local real estate experience. By adapting her approach to the individual needs and personality of each client, she gets optimal results with minimal stress.

In her spare time, Carole helps seniors with low vision to use the excellent State-run Books-on-Tape program. She also enjoys her pets (three cats and three Norwich terriers), gardening, books and films, writing, the Forty-Niners, occasional trips to Lake Tahoe, and beating her 22 year old son at Scrabble.
